Well done to the Cody Football team who have won the Aldershot and District Football League FAIR PLAY Trophy for the second year running (top of approximately 80 teams). When asked about the win, their representative Gary O'Hara gave his opinion that they were getting too old to catch the opposition to kick them!

SPECIAL EVENTS FOR XMAS!!!

On Friday the 8th December, the Christmas Raffle and Draw will be held.

On Saturday the 9th December the Bar Staff will be hosting their Annual Charity evening in aid of Grange School (school uniform optional!) complete with a Draw and Supper.

On Sunday the 10th there will be a childrens pantomime and party. The panto is Hansel and Gretel starting at 12:00, followed by a tea party at 13:30 with Father Xmas appearing at 14:45 and the occasion finishing at 15:00. Names of those wishing to attend must be handed in by the 6th December.

On the 31st December there will be a New Years Eve Disco.

Leo May of Pyestock Bowling Club won the All England 'Champion of Champions' at the English National Championships at Worthing on Sunday 20th August. Leo is the first ever member of the Pyestock Club to win a National title and the first player from Hampshire to win this particular Championship.
On Saturday, 19th August, Pyestock members won all six of the major titles in the Aldershot & District Finals played at Mytchett.

YOGA lessons- free trial lesson

A reminder that we start Yoga lessons on Wednesday 23 August 06 at 1900-2030 at Cody Sports & Social club for seven weeks (till 4 October)

If you or you know of any persons who might be interested, please let them know and they will be welcome to attend and have 1 free lesson at any of the Wednesday between 23 August and 20 September.

If you are interested in joining the yoga class, the cost is £30 for 7 lessons or £5 per lesson.
