Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week but only to members  with security access to the QinetiQ estate.

Gym Manning hours: Monday - Thursday 7am - 6pm   /  Friday 7am - 3pm

Membership costs: £10 per month, options to pay monthly by direct debit or upfront for 6 or 12 months (£10 Joining Fee applies).

Membership Includes: 24 hours access to the gym, Squash court, Punch bag area, Showers and changing facilities, Shower gel, Hair dryers, Initial induction, Personal programmes, Squash league, Classes, Lockers, Free weights area.

Cody Fitness Centre hosts a variety of top of the range equipment all newly refurbished by Lifefitness in August 2005:

Personal Training - starts as little as £18 an hour!

Health and Fitness Testing - includes Body Fat Testing (£6), Cholesterol Checks (£12) and Health Checks (£12)

Massage & Treatments - The Back Mobiliser, 15 minute sessions available for as little as £5!
